The brief.
Saaz launched as a streaming alternative for Indian indie artists and discovered the second-hardest problem in music: discovery. The first product looked like every other player; artists left because they could not find their fans, fans left because they could not find new artists. The platform needed a point of view.
02 / Approach
The work.
An editorial-first IA — every artist gets a magazine page, every release is treated as a feature, and a fan-funding loop pays artists the day a track ships. The brand reads like a label, not a tech company. We shipped iOS, Android, and web in parallel with a four-person engineering team.
