The brief.
Banyan had a portfolio of forty residences and a site that surfaced none of them. Search ranked them seventh for their own name. They were declining briefs on principle while their pipeline thinned; the practice needed an instrument that could be sent to a single client and stand in for a studio visit.
02 / Approach
The work.
A long-form portfolio site, indexed slowly and on purpose. Each project published as a magazine feature with drawings, plans, and the architect's own writing. Schema markup, careful internal linking, and a content cadence we co-authored for the first year. No paid acquisition, no pop-ups, no chat widgets.
