Aditya is mid-market in a category dominated by giants and newcomers. Their installations are unimpeachable; their digital surface ranked nowhere for the procurement keywords that drive municipal and industrial tenders. Marketing and BD operated from different decks of the same story.

The work.
A new identity system, a content engine co-authored with the founding engineers, and a programmatic SEO layer for project, geography, and tender-type pages. We rebuilt the proposal templates in the same system. Sales and marketing now share a single document and a single brand.
